Michael Rea

Michael Rea is a health and wellness professional with extensive experience in management roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Employee Health & Wellness Manager at El Camino Health since May 2023, Michael previously held positions such as Health and Wellness Services Manager at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory and Director of Operations at Boulder Care. Michael also contributed as a consultant to COVID-19 response and digital health initiatives through multiple consulting roles, including at Cytokinetics and The Economist Intelligence Unit. As an advisor at Michael Rea Consulting, Michael provided expertise in health policy and strategy, having also served as the Master of Health Care Delivery Science Program Student Advisor at Dartmouth College.
