Victor Alonso

Victor Alonso is currently the Head of Customer Service at El Car Wash. Prior to their current role, Victor worked as the Manager for Vendor Operations and Catering Sales at Pollo Tropical. With previous experience as a Call Center Operations Manager at Fiesta Restaurant Group, Inc., Victor has a strong background in customer service and operations management. Victor began their career as a Guest Experience Representative at Pollo Tropical after completing their education at Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Chicago.
