Luis Castro

Luis Castro is the current Chief Human Resources Officer at El Centro Regional Medical Center. Prior to this, they served as the HR Director from April 2015 to September 2016. Luis was also the HR Manager from July 2012 to April 2015 and HR Generalist from August 2005 to July 2012, all at El Centro Regional Medical Center. Prior to their work at El Centro Regional Medical Center, Luis worked as an insurance agent/office manager at Hughes Insurance Services from December 1999 to December 2004.

Luis Castro has a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix, a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management and Human Resources from the University of Phoenix, and a degree in Business/Commerce from Imperial Valley College.

Luis Castro reports to Adolphe Edward, Chief Executive Officer. Luis Castro works with Louise Kenney - Chief Nursing Officer, Cathy Kennerson - Chief Strategic Officer, and Ronda Sanchez - Chief Compliance Officer.
