Elizabeth Freitag

Elizabeth Freitag has a diverse work experience in the education field. Elizabeth started their career as an Elementary School Teacher at Baltimore City Public Schools, where they taught grades 2-4 for seven years. Elizabeth was an active member of the Instructional Leadership Team and helped create action plans to improve student achievement.

Afterwards, Elizabeth worked as an Instructional Coach at Scintilla Charter Academy Inc for two years, providing support and guidance to teachers.

Currently, they are employed at EL Education. Elizabeth has held various roles, including Curriculum Specialist and Senior Professional Development Specialist. In their current position as Associate Director of Partnership Development, they focus on building partnerships and expanding the organization's reach.

Throughout their career, Elizabeth has demonstrated a passion for professional learning and coaching support, resulting in significant gains in student achievement.

Elizabeth Freitag obtained a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from Salisbury University. Elizabeth then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Science in Education from The Johns Hopkins University.
