Magdalena Straub

Magdalena Straub is a bilingual therapist currently employed at El Futuro since September 2017, bringing extensive experience in family and child therapy. Prior roles include an internship at the Center for Healthy Families from August 2015 to May 2017 and an assistant position at the University of Maryland School of Public Health during the same period. Magdalena also interned at Centro Tierra Nueva, focusing on children and adolescents, and completed various assistantships at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, along with a practical internship at Centro de Salud Mental San Joaquín, which targeted adolescent mental health. Educationally, Magdalena holds a Master’s degree in Couple and Family Therapy from the University of Maryland and a degree in Clinical Psychology with a focus on child and adolescent care from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
