Michelle Coombs

Michelle Coombs, CPP has over 14 years of experience in various roles related to HR systems, processes, and payroll. Michelle is currently serving as the Director of HR Systems & Processes at El Pollo Loco, Inc. since May 2019. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Payroll at Red Bull from October 2017 to May 2019. Michelle also has experience at Rubio's Restaurants, Inc., where they held the positions of Sr. Manager, Payroll/HRIS from June 2010 to October 2017, and Payroll Manager from June 2009 to June 2010. Before joining Rubio's Restaurants, Inc., Michelle worked as an Implementation Consultant at Automatic Data Processing, Inc. from 2006 to 2009.

Michelle Coombs, CPP holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from National University. Michelle also obtained a Certified Payroll Professional certification from the American Payroll Association in December 2007. Additionally, they have a Leadership Certification from the American Payroll Association, obtained in 2011.
