Matthew Harlow

Matthew Harlow has extensive experience in landscape architecture, currently serving as the Principal In Charge at the Central PA Office of ELA Group, Inc. since January 1997. Prior to this role, Matthew worked as a Project Manager at Herbert, Rowland and Grubic, Inc. from June 1989 to January 1997. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science in Landscape Architecture from Penn State University, where studies were completed between 1985 and 1989.
