Johanna Lindeman

Johanna Lindeman has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Johanna began their career as a Research Assistant at the Work Research Centre in 1999. After that, they worked as a Sales Manager at GNT Finland and as a Training Consultant at Microforum Training.

In 2002, Johanna joined the Finnish Centre for Pensions as a System Designer, and later became a Project Manager. Johanna then moved on to work at the LähiTapiola Mutual Pension Insurance Company as a Senior System Designer/Project Manager.

In 2014, Johanna joined the Elo Mutual Pension Insurance Company as a Service Manager/Team Leader, and later became the Planning Manager. Johanna also worked at CGI as a Project Manager/Consultant in 2020.

Currently, Johanna is serving as the Head of the Planning Unit at the Finnish Centre for Pensions, a position they have held since August 2020.

Johanna Lindeman completed their education in a chronological order as follows:

From 1991 to 1994, they attended Kauhavan lukio for their high school education. During this period, they did not pursue any specific field of study.

In 1994 and 1995, they enrolled at the University of Kuopio, where they focused on Social Sciences, specifically sociology. Johanna did not obtain a degree from this institution.

Between 1995 and 2000, they studied at the University of Tampere, where they earned a Master of Social Sciences degree. The field of study for their master's degree is not specified.

In 1999 and 2000, they attended the Finnish Institute for Enterprise Management, specializing in Business Communication through the "Yritysviestinnän koulutusohjelma" program. Johanna did not obtain a specific degree from this institution.

Additionally, Johanna Lindeman has acquired several certifications throughout their career. In December 2018, they completed the "Elements of AI" certification offered by the University of Helsinki and Reaktor. In July 2019, they obtained the "Business Technology Standard Green Card" certification from the Business Technology Forum. More recently, in April 2020, they completed the "SAFe 5 Advanced Scrum Master Certification" and in May 2020, the "SAFe 5 Agilist Certification" both provided by Scaled Agile, Inc.
