Barbara Maros

Barbara Maros is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience across various industries and roles. Currently serving as HR Director for Elanco, Barbara oversees HR operations in the CEERTMEA region, managing responsibilities for over 40 markets and 19 countries. Previously held positions include HR Lead and HR Business Partner roles at Accolade Wines, and HR Business Partner at Jones Lang LaSalle. Additionally, Barbara gained valuable experience as a Senior HR Associate at Eli Lilly, and as Head of Network Desk at Kredyt Bank. Early in the career, Barbara worked as a Relationship Manager in Corporate Banking at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. Barbara holds a Master's degree in Management & Organisation from the University of Warsaw and completed postgraduate studies in Human Resources at SGH Warsaw School of Economics.
