Javier Leglise

Javier Leglise currently serves as Senior Director Supply Chain at Elanco Clinton Laboratories in Indiana since October 2023. Prior to this role, Javier held various senior positions at Elanco, including Senior Director of the Santa Clara Site, where responsibilities included managing a plant that contributed significantly to national divisional sales and overseeing toll manufacturing operations. From February 2013 to August 2020, Javier was with Bayer as Head of Product Supply for Animal Health Mexico, managing production planning and logistics for a wide range of animal health products. Additional experience includes significant roles in cost controlling and logistics at Procter & Gamble, and an entrepreneurial venture in real estate development with Grupo Mega. Javier holds an MBA from Mannheim Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Universidad Iberoamericana.
