Daniel Anastasia

Daniel Anastasia is a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer at Elara Engineering since February 2020, specializing in the design of HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Protection systems for K-12 schools and high-rise buildings. Daniel excels in creating detailed system blueprints, managing design projects, leading engineering teams, and mentoring new engineers and interns. Prior to this role, Daniel worked as a Mechanical Design Engineer at Wold Architects and Engineers, where similar responsibilities were undertaken, including the administration of multi-million dollar construction projects. Earlier experience includes a role as a Sales Representative at Target and an Engineering Intern for the City of Champaign. Daniel holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering Mechanics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
