Fabio Ellwanger

Fabio Ellwanger has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Fabio started their career as an Embedded Software Developer and Electronic Technician at Automa Soluções em Energia, where they developed software for PLC and microcontrollers. Fabio also provided support to clients in the industry and worked on projects involving electronic boards. At eFact Software LTDA., they continued their software development journey as an intern, specializing in desktop software development and embedded software for Palm and PLC.

Fabio then joined CWI Software as a Junior Software Developer, where they developed desktop and web applications and provided support to business analysts. Fabio also worked as a Software Developer Intern at CWI Software, where they gained experience in Visual Basic 6.0, ASP, and C#.

In 2007, Fabio co-founded an internet company called Giz, where they played a crucial role in creating solutions for employee development within companies. Fabio was responsible for driving product requirements and project management for the software development of an employee growth tracking application.

Later, Fabio joined Elastacloud Brazil, initially as an Intermediate Software Developer, where they developed web and desktop applications using technologies such as .NET Framework, C#, SQL Server, and Crystal Reports. Fabio then progressed to the position of Senior Software Developer, where their responsibilities included analyzing and modeling databases and designing software architecture.

Fabio eventually became the Managing Director of Elastacloud Brazil and the Founder, Project Manager, and Scrum Master of the company. In this role, they managed a team of developers and worked on projects for a significant government client. Fabio handled various responsibilities, including stakeholder communication and management, project management as a Scrum Master, working as a Product Owner, team management, leading SharePoint and collaboration projects using Power Platform, gathering requirements, and collaborating with the UK team.

In 2021, Fabio transitioned to Elastacloud, where they currently serve as a Senior Technical Business Analyst.

Fabio Ellwanger completed their education in a chronological manner. Fabio started their education at LIBERATO - Fundação Escola Técnica Liberato Salzano Vieira da Cunha, where they obtained a High School diploma in Electronics Technician from 1997 to 2000.

Afterward, they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Systems Analysis/Analyst from Unisinos, studying from 2001 to 2007.

In 2009 to 2010, Fabio attended Dublin Cultural Institute for General English studies.

Furthermore, they obtained a Post Graduate degree in Project Management from ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing, attending from 2013 to 2014.

In addition to their formal education, Fabio Ellwanger also holds several certifications. Fabio received the Microsoft Certified Solution Developer (MCSD) - Microsoft .NET certification from Microsoft in May 2007. Fabio further achieved the Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from Scrum Alliance in January 2016. Moreover, they obtained the MS-100 Microsoft 365 Identity and Services certification from Microsoft in August 2019. Lastly, they recently acquired the Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals certification in May 2021 and the Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals in June 2021, both from Microsoft.
