Subhashish Chakrabarty

Subhashish Chakrabarty has a solid work experience in the field of human resources. Starting in 2008, they worked in various roles at ITC Limited, including Assistant Manager HR and Manager Organisation Development. Subhashish then joined Amazon in 2019, where they served as Senior Manager HR and later Senior Manager - Student Programs. Currently, they hold the position of Human Resources Director at ElasticRun, starting in 2023.

Subhashish Chakrabarty completed a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Electrical Engineering from Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology in the years 2002 to 2006. Following that, they pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Human Resource Management and Labour Relations from Tata Institute of Social Sciences from 2006 to 2008. In addition to their formal education, Subhashish obtained certifications in "CHRO Leadership" from Cornell University and "MBTI" from Anahat Organisation Development Consultancy.
