Theresa Green, M.Ed., CPTD, ICP, is a seasoned professional in Learning and Organizational Development with extensive experience across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Lead, Learning & Organizational Development at Elastic since July 2023, Theresa previously held key roles at Under Armour, EagleBank, and Accenture Federal Services. With a notable tenure at BB&T spanning over two decades, Theresa advanced through various positions, ultimately becoming Vice President of Learning Solutions Management and Curriculum Design. Theresa's expertise includes setting enterprise Learning & Development strategies, managing diverse teams in training design, and aligning organizational performance with development programs. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Clemson University and a Master of Education in Education and HR Studies from Colorado State University, supplemented by coursework from Bowie State University in Human Resource Development.
