Emeline Kuhner-Stout has a wealth of experience in various fields. Emeline began their career in 2006 as a Legal Trainee for R Marc Nuttle, Esq., focusing on Native American Affairs. Emeline then moved to the International Trade Centre as a Trainee, where they conducted research on the development of the services sector of West African countries. In 2007, they took on the role of Legal Clerk for Ryan Leonard, Esq., leading research on the economic development of Native American tribes in Oklahoma. Additionally, they were the Creative Director and Co-Founder of WalkOKC, LLC. From 2009 to 2015, they were a Member of The Secretary General Cabinet at OECD, acting as an interface between Ambassador Amano followed by Mr. Tamaki and other members of the Organization, as well as managing the Deputy Secretary General's busy agenda. Most recently, they were the CEO and Founder of Elastique Athletics, an online wellness destination offering unique products and digital experiences.
Emeline Kuhner-Stout received their Masters in Public International Law from UNIVERSITE D'AUVERGNE between 2001 and 2005. Emeline then attended the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 2004-2005. In 2005-2006, they completed their Masters in International and European Law at Universit\u00e9 Grenoble Alpes.
