Rob Wagner

Rob Wagner has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Rob started their career as a Software Engineering intern at Boston Scientific in 2012. After that, they interned at Interactive Intelligence in 2013 and continued working there as a Software Engineer in DevOps from 2014 to 2016. In 2016, they joined ClearObject as a DevOps Engineer. In 2017, they moved to Emplify - Employee Engagement, where they started as a Software Engineer and later became a Senior Software Engineer / Team Lead. In 2019, they joined Elate as the VP of Engineering and was promoted to SVP of Engineering in 2023.

Rob Wagner attended the Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology from 2010 to 2014, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Software Engineering.
