Alex Mandel, MBA, has accumulated extensive experience in customer success and engagement roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as an Engagement Advisor focused on Onboarding at Elation Health since March 2021, Alex has also held positions such as Renewals Manager and Team Lead of Customer Success within the same organization. Prior to Elation Health, Alex was the Manager of Customer Success at Airvet and served in various customer success capacities at PatientPop Inc., including Customer Success Lead and Customer Success Manager. Alex began a career in client services as an Account Manager at Transform Group and started as an Analyst at Pension Consulting Alliance, LLC. Academic qualifications include a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Claremont Graduate University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from UC Santa Barbara.
