Jalene Farinacci

Jalene Farinacci has a diverse work experience in the field of customer success and program coordination. Jalene began their career at Cerner Corporation in 2011, where they held various roles such as Delivery Consultant, Senior Delivery Consultant, Program Coordinator, Senior Program Coordinator, Sales Partner, Senior Sales Partner, and Client Results Executive. In 2019, they joined symplr as a Customer Success Manager, and later took on roles as Director, Customer Success-Workforce, Director Enterprise Customer Success, and Director Enterprise Customer Success & Workforce. Most recently, in 2022, Jalene Farinacci joined Elation Health as the Director of Enterprise Customer Success.

Jalene Farinacci completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on Marketing and Entrepreneurial Leadership from William Jewell College, which they attended from 2009 to 2011.
