Julie Warech

Julie Warech is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in healthcare administration and strategic growth. Currently serving as Strategic Growth Manager at Elation Health since September 2021, Julie previously held roles as Administrator and Financial Manager at Hawaii Independent Physicians Association from July 2018 to August 2021 and July 2017 to June 2018, respectively. Earlier career highlights include serving as Clerk & Policy Researcher for Chair Josh Green in the State of Hawaii's Senate Committee on Human Services, and various positions at the University of Hawai‘i System and Broward College, including Graduate Assistant and Senior Financial Aid Advisor. Julie holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Anthropology from Swarthmore College, a Master's degree in Anthropology from the University of Hawaii at Manoa, and has earned certificates in Pacific Islands Studies and Project Management.
