Ewa Podhorodecka has a diverse range of work experience spanning from 2008 to the present day. They began their career in 2008 as an Admin Officer at Leicester County Court. In 2010, they transitioned to a role as an Analyst in the Operations Department at Royal Bank of Scotland Business. In 2013, Ewa joined Elavon Europe, where they held various positions including Customer Onboarding Specialist, Customer Onboarding Supervisor, Operations Manager for Master Data Management, and Operations Manager for CDD/AML data upgrade. From 2016 to 2017, they served as Head of Global Customer Maintenance & EU Premier Services, where they managed a team of over 130 professionals and successfully implemented efficiency improvements and automation initiatives. In 2020, Ewa became the Head of Key Account Services & Continuous Improvement at Elavon Europe, overseeing customer service, talent recruitment and development, regulatory compliance, and implementing technology solutions. They also managed the Operational Continuous Improvement department, focusing on CI strategies, identifying improvement opportunities, and building a Lean/CI culture. Ewa's work experience showcases their ability to lead teams, improve processes, and drive cost savings.

Ewa Podhorodecka received their Magister (Mgr) degree in Dutch Philology from the University of Wroclaw, where they studied from 2003 to 2008. In addition to their degree, they have obtained certifications in Six Sigma Green Belt from ProMaKo in August 2019 and Basics of Accountancy from Stowarzyszenie Księgowych w Polsce Oddział Okręgowy w Warszawie in July 2010.
