Ruth Bourke

Ruth Bourke is an experienced professional with a strong background in operational risk management, holding the position of Operational Risk Manager and previously Senior Operational Risk Officer at Elavon Financial Services DAC since August 2015. Prior to this role, Ruth served as the National Risk Systems and Reporting Specialist for Operational Risk at Stockland, where responsibilities included collaborating with the operational risk team to enhance national projects and improve processes related to incident management and audit management. Ruth also worked as the National HSE Systems Coordinator at Stockland, focusing on systems improvements within the Health, Safety & Environmental team. Earlier experience includes a marketing role at IT Solutions. Ruth holds a Bachelor’s Degree in History and Sociology, a Master’s Degree in Business Management, and a Professional Diploma in Banking Risk Management, all from University College Dublin and UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School.
