Aleksandr Vinogradov

Aliaksandr Vinahradau is an experienced ASO Manager with a strong background in app store optimization, holding positions at Elbax, Amazing Apps, and Banuba from May 2022 to the present. Prior experience includes roles as an R&D Assistant at Facemetrics, a Teacher at the Republican Center of Innovations and Technical Creativity, and various psychologist positions in youth centers and private practice. Aliaksandr has contributed to social inclusion initiatives through work with the International Public Association “Voice of Heart” and has a solid educational foundation in psychology, earning a Master's degree from Minsk University of Management and further training through the Association for Behavioral and Cognitive Therapies.
