Arkadi Vishnevski

Arkadi Vishnevski is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Manager at Elbit Systems Ltd in the C4I & Cyber division since March 2022. Previously, Arkadi held roles as an HR Business Partner and Head of Recruitment at Education and Culture in Tel Aviv Yafo, where responsibilities included partnering with business units to implement HR programs and develop recruitment infrastructure. Prior to that, Arkadi was an International Recruitment Specialist at Krimson Search Group and served as Recruitment Manager at Israel Railways Ltd., managing recruitment efforts for various professional categories and fostering collaborations with academic institutions. Arkadi began career as a Recruitment Consultant and Project Coordinator at Adam-milo, providing strategic recruitment insights to organizations. Arkadi holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Sociology and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, both from the University of Haifa.
