Andy Vance

Andy Vance is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in various high-level roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at ElBits since January 2024, Andy previously held the position of VP Product at Instabox and co-founded Porterbuddy as CTO/CPO. Andy's career includes significant contributions at Telenor, where responsibilities spanned from VP Engineering, Innovation & Strategy to Director of Architecture, and founding technical member of Telenor Health. Prior experiences include roles at Openet, AudioCodes, and Nortel Networks, with a strong foundation in software engineering and architecture. Andy Vance holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Florida.
