Bob Rogers

Bob Rogers is an accomplished construction professional with extensive experience in preconstruction and project development. Currently serving as Preconstruction Manager and Director of Business Development & Preconstruction at Elder Construction, Inc. since May 2019, Bob previously held the position of Project Development Manager at GE Johnson Construction Company from 2006 to 2018. Bob's career began in the US Navy as a Builder in the Seabees from 1976 to 1982, where training at construction school in Port Hueneme, CA led to international assignments in locations such as Puerto Rico, Guam, Diego Garcia, and Dominica West Indies.
