Annelliott Willis

Annelliott Willis is an experienced educator and naturalist currently working with Eldergrow since September 2018, focusing on connecting residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care communities with nature, horticulture, and art. With a background in teaching, Annelliott served as a Third Grade Teacher at Seattle Country Day School, where management of a special education classroom and collaboration with specialists were key responsibilities. Previous roles include managing a second-grade classroom and coaching at Springside School, offering private tutoring for students with dyslexia, and providing legal support at McGuireWoods LLP. Annelliott's educational background includes a Masters of Teaching from Virginia Commonwealth University and a Bachelor of Arts in Art History and Politics from Randolph-Macon Woman's College. Involvement as Managing Partner/Volunteer at Z & B Partners includes significant contributions to board governance at The Perkins School and strategic planning initiatives.
