Yelena Tsurkan, RN, BSN, MBA, CCM, has extensive experience in healthcare management and nursing. Since January 2015, Yelena has served as an ITCM Acute Care Manager at the Visiting Nurse Service of New York, where responsibilities include managing interdisciplinary teams in acute care and overseeing care managers in the FIDA Demonstration Program. Concurrently, Yelena holds the position of Director of the UAS Assessment Department at Greater New York and Nurse Care Manager at ElderServe, focusing on the management of field staff and care delivery for MLTC members.
