Rachael Bowen

Rachael Bowen has worked in various positions since 2011. Rachael began as a Front-End Cashier at Shopko in August 2011, then worked as a Price Accuracy Team Member in May 2012, Apparel Team Member in September 2012, and Women's Specialist in March 2013. In September 2013, they became a Server & Bartender at West Wind Supper, where they were in charge of opening and closing duties, communicated efficiently to customers and coworkers, and established strong relationships with customers. Rachael then became the Marketing Director & Restaurant Manager at West Wind Supper Club/River Valley Catering in 2017, where they designed advertisements for social and print media outlets, improved the marketing presence of the business, and developed processes to promote growth. In 2018, they began working at ELDR as a Project Manager, and at IDeACOM Communications Group, Inc. as a Client Experience.

Rachael Bowen received their Bachelor's Degree in Marketing Communications from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls between 2012 and 2016.
