Regional Operations Director - Out Of London at Eleanor Healthcare Group

Thomas Davies-Kohler has a diverse work experience. Thomas is currently working as a Regional Operations Director at Eleanor Healthcare Group since June 2022. Prior to this, from June 2021 to June 2022, they served as the Head of Healthcare at Verve People, where they were responsible for directing and leading the relaunch and rebranding of the Verve Health Organisation.

From September 2017 to June 2021, they worked at AMG Nursing and Care Services as a Registered Branch Manager. In this role, they successfully opened and developed a new branch in the Lincolnshire area, achieving high profitability and significantly increasing the hours of care delivered per week.

Before that, from November 2016 to September 2017, they held the position of Care Coordinator at AMG, where they played a vital role in coordinating a large number of hours of care per week and strengthening relationships with commissioners.

In 2016, they worked as an Office Manager at Aeguana on a 4-month contract, managing and coordinating various projects. Thomas also implemented new marketing strategies and conducted extensive research to improve the company's visibility and recognition.

Lastly, Thomas founded the grassroots campaign #GayBloodUK in February 2014 and managed it until June 2016. The campaign aimed to overturn and deregulate the governmental stance on blood donation, and Thomas was responsible for managing volunteers, donations, media coverage, and networking.

Thomas Davies-Kohler attended the University of Lincoln from 2012 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in History. Subsequently, in 2018 and 2019, they enrolled at Telford College and completed an NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care Management.
