Julia Carabas

Julia Carabas is an experienced healthcare operations leader currently serving as Vice President of Operations and Vice President of Population Health Programs at Eleanor Health since May 2022. Julia also holds a position as Board Advisor at CareAcademy.com. Previously, Julia was the Head of User Experience and Value-Based Care Programs at Lyn Health, contributing to the founding of the company and focusing on member and clinician experiences. Julia's background includes significant roles at Quartet Health, where responsibilities included leading value-based care strategy and customer success efforts, and marketing management at Uber, where Julia successfully launched the service in Romania. Julia holds a Master of Science in Healthcare Leadership from Brown University and an MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology, alongside degrees from The Wharton School and NYU Stern School of Business.
