Andreas Simanowski

Andreas Simanowski has over 20 years of experience in various technology leadership roles. Andreas is currently serving as the Director of Product Development at ELB Learning (formerly eLearning Brothers) since February 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Chief Technology Officer at Rehearsal, a video-based practice platform, from December 2019 to February 2022. Andreas also held the position of Chief Technology Officer at Understand.com, a global medical education company, from December 2019 to January 2022, and Vice President of Technology from April 2018 to December 2019. Earlier in their career, they served as the Director of Product Development at ACCESS Event Solutions, overseeing the management and development of their event management solution. Andreas also held leadership roles at Onstream Inc., Cirrus Systems LLC, Spot Devices, Emhiser Research, Inc., and Application Development Systems with responsibilities in engineering, software development, and operations.

Andreas Simanowski completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science at Western University from 1997 to 2002. During the same period, they also pursued a Bachelor of Engineering Science degree in Electrical Engineering at the same institution. In September 2017, Andreas obtained a certification in Neural Networks and Deep Learning from Coursera.
