Julie Vrachni

Julie Vrachni has worked in the field of Human Resources for over 20 years. Julie began their career at Deloitte in 1999 as a Manager of Advisory Services, where they worked in strategy, business planning, and organisational development, and was also the Head of the local Executive Search & Selection practice. In 2006, they moved to GlaxoSmithKline as a Human Resources Business Partner. In 2016, they joined Red Tree Partnership as a Culture Shaping Specialist, and in 2019 they became the Head of People & Culture at eLearningIndustry.

Julie Vrachni has a diverse educational background. In 1987, they completed their Bachelor of Arts and Master of Science in Agricultural Economics at the Agricultural University of Athens. Julie then went on to receive their Master of Business Administration at Alba Graduate Business School in 1996 and 1998. Most recently, in 2019, they completed a course in Changing Employee Behaviour at IMD.
