Prabhat Kumar Jha has extensive work experience in various roles related to quality assurance and supply chain management. Prabhat Kumar has held positions such as Head of Quality Assurance at Elecon Engineering Company and Head of Supply Chain and Manufacturing at FLSmidth. At FLSmidth, they successfully built and led teams, achieved cost savings, and improved manufacturing processes. Prior to that, they worked as a Manager of Corporate Quality Assurance at KEC International Ltd., where they implemented quality improvement initiatives across multiple manufacturing plants. Prabhat Kumar also has experience in supplier quality and development, having worked as a Senior Manager at Auto Ignition Ltd. and as a Deputy Manager at Amtek Auto Ltd. Earlier in their career, they served as an Assistant Manager in the Quality Control and Assurance department at LML Limited, where they led new product development and achieved significant cost savings.

Prabhat Kumar Jha completed their Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Siddaganga Institute of Technology from 1991 to 1995. Prabhat Kumar then pursued a PGDBM in Marketing/Marketing Management from the School of Management Sciences from 1996 to 1998. Prior to that, they completed their Intermediate in Science from St. Columba's College from 1988 to 1990 and their Senior Secondary education from N L Institution from 1986 to 1988.
