Gaëlle Vanbrugghe

Gaëlle Vanbrugghe currently serves as the Manager of the Talent Management Team at Élections Canada since February 2021, supervising a team focused on various talent management functions including performance management and diversity initiatives. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Advisor at Global Affairs Canada, where expertise was applied in performance analysis and the development of data literacy approaches. As an Organizational Development Consultant and Project Manager at PGF Consultants, portfolio management and resource oversight were highlighted, alongside establishing partnerships. Previous roles also encompass training and facilitation in project management for international development at SETYM International Inc. Gaëlle holds a Master's Degree in International Studies from Université de Montréal and additional qualifications in project management and entrepreneurship.
