Elinor Maimon

Elinor Maimon has a diverse work experience in learning and development, organizational excellence, and employee experience. Elinor is currently the Head of Excellence, Organization Development, and Employee Experience at Electra Consumer Products Ltd. In this role, they oversee the welfare system for over 1,800 employees and manages complex company events. Prior to this, they were the Head of Learning, Development, and Organizational Excellence at the same company, where they managed learning and development policies and programs for a large team.

Before their time at Electra Consumer Products Ltd, Elinor worked as a freelance L&D Specialist and Workshop Developer. Elinor also served as the Director of Learning Technology Development at Lnet Learning Technologies LTD, where they led a team of training and technology developers. Additionally, they worked as a Training Developer at John Bryce, focusing on developing training solutions for a global car manufacturer.

Elinor's earlier experience includes working as a Corporate Trainer at Groupon Israel, where they managed various training programs and provided support to all departments. Throughout their career, they have consistently demonstrated a strong focus on learning and development, organizational efficiency, and employee experience.
