Will is the Founder and CEO of Tough Mudder. He took Revenue to $100m, participants to 5M across 15 countries, and TM tattoos to 20,000. He was also a US National EY Entrepreneur of the Year. He was also included in the Fortune Magazine 40 Under 40. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and BSc from Bristol University (UK) (1st class).
