Joe Buttry

Joe Buttry is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in technical support and systems analysis. Currently working as a Tech Support Analyst and previously serving as an Infrastructure Specialist at EPRI since July 2023, Joe has a robust background with U.S. Cellular from June 2005 to July 2023, where responsibilities as a Systems Technician 3 focused on customer service and user experience across a nationwide enterprise. Prior experience includes roles as a Business Analyst at MACTEC, supporting multiple regions, a Desktop Support Technician at Alstom, and a Help Desk Support Technician at Electronic Data Systems. Joe holds multiple certifications, including A+, Net+, MCP, and MCDST, and completed education at Middle Tennessee State University and Walters State Community College.
