Shawn Martinez

Shawn Martinez is a seasoned professional in the electrical engineering field, currently serving as a Senior Relay Engineer at Electric Power Systems since March 2021. Previously, Shawn held the position of Commissioning Specialist at the Public Service Company of New Mexico from July 2020 to February 2021, and was a Relay Engineer at Electric Power Systems from July 2019 to July 2020. Prior experience includes working as a Senior Protection and Control Technician at Oncor Electric Delivery from May 2016 to June 2019. Shawn’s expertise lies in leading transmission and distribution station projects, with experience spanning voltage levels from 345kV to 12kV. Shawn holds a Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering & Technology from Eastern New Mexico University, completed in 2016.
