Rico Stormer

Rico Stormer is a Design Engineer at Electrical Consultants, Inc. since July 2020, having previously held this position briefly in 2019 and also served as the Head Wrestling Coach at Menlo-Atherton High School. Rico's engineering expertise includes conducting lifetime analysis for transmission substations, investigating transformer failures, and quality checking wiring diagrams. Earlier career roles include Camp Counselor at J. Robinson Intensive Camps, where Rico taught techniques to high school athletes, and NDE Inspections Engineer at the Palo Verde Nuclear Power Plant, focusing on corrosion exams and weld inspections. As the founder of Stormer Brothers Sheep Company, Rico managed livestock health and company finances for over a decade. Rico holds a Master of Science in Energy Resources Engineering from Stanford University and a Bachelor’s of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Harvard University.
