Amy Fulton

Amy Fulton, SHRM-SCP, has a strong background in human resources, with over 20 years of experience. Amy most recently served as the Vice President of Human Resources at Electrical Equipment Company (EECO) since October 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of Human Resources at Medeco Security Locks/ASSA ABLOY from April 2011 to October 2023. Amy also has experience as a Human Resources Manager at Cooper Industries Ltd. from 2006 to April 2011, a Human Resources Generalist at Medeco Security Locks from 2000 to 2006, and a Human Resources Manager at Rowe Furniture from 1996 to 2000. Through their various roles, they have developed a strong skill set in employee relations, talent acquisition, and HR strategy.

Amy Fulton, SHRM-SCP, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications/Business from Milligan College. Prior to Milligan, they attended Prairie City High School.
