Rob McKinnon

Rob McKinnon is an experienced sales and management professional with a strong background in the lighting and electrical industry. Currently serving as the Sales Manager for Projects and Specification at Electrical Supply Corp since October 2020, Rob represents leading international brands and supplies to New Zealand electrical wholesalers and project customers. Prior to this role, Rob founded O Light in 2015, a company specializing in high-quality German and European lighting brands for the New Zealand and South Pacific markets, which is now a division of Electrical Supply Corporation. Rob's extensive career includes serving as CEO for OSRAM in Southeast Asia, overseeing sales and marketing across multiple countries, including Thailand, Indonesia, and Vietnam, and working as Regional Sales Director at OSRAM's headquarters in Munich. Earlier experience includes a National Business Manager position at Rexel NZ Ltd. Rob holds a Bachelor of Business Studies in Management from Massey University, as well as additional education from Cornell University.
