Heather A. Stefan

Heather A. Stefan serves as the Assistant Director for Electrical Training ALLIANCE, focusing on electrical apprenticeship trade education and developing courses for high school and community organizations. Previously, Heather held the position of Training Director at Baton Rouge Area Electrical Joint Apprenticeship Training Committee and was the State Director of Apprenticeship for the Louisiana Workforce Commission, overseeing the registered apprenticeship system in Louisiana. Heather's early career included roles as a Human Resources/Legal Assistant and various support positions in prominent organizations. Heather holds a BS in Education from Louisiana State University and is pursuing a Master's Degree in Labor & Policy Studies at SUNY Empire State College.
