Sylvain Favier

Sylvain Favier is currently serving as TPL Technical Product Leader at EFI Automotive since August 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Lead System Engineer at Estella Mobility, and System Architect at JTEKT European Operations and GO Concept. Sylvain has also held positions as Powertrain Project Management Engineer at Alten USA, and Engine Calibration and Software Leader at PSA Peugeot Citroën, where responsibilities included coordination between calibration and software teams, project management of engine control, and optimization of software and calibration processes. Earlier roles included Engine Control Feature Designer at Actisys, involved in the design of diesel engine control functions, and System Engineer at SEGIME and Renault, focusing on the development of control algorithms and validation processes. Educational qualifications include an Engineer degree in Automatic Process from Ecole nationale Supérieure d'Ingénieur Electricien de Grenoble and an undergraduate degree in Science from Victor Hugo high school.
