Nelio B.

Nelio Batista is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in systems architecture and product development, currently serving as the Chief Systems Architect at ElectricFish since December 2019, where responsibilities include overseeing the system architecture for products and manufacturing. Nelio co-founded ElectricFish after winning 1st place at the TechStars Sustainability hackathon in San Francisco. Previous roles include working on augmented reality projects for NASA at the Johnson Space Center, serving as a Mission Specialist in NASA's Analog Space Mission, and conducting research on medical device development for Parkinson's Disease patients. Additionally, Nelio has experience as an instructor for graphics interface courses and leadership as President of the Engineering Students' Association at UFU.
