Dr.nattapong Phuensaen

Dr. Nattapong Phuensaen currently serves as an Advisor to the Chairman of the Tourism Committee at the Thai Parliament since December 2023. With extensive experience at the Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand since 1997, Dr. Phuensaen has held the position of Manager and contributed to significant projects such as the Ratchaburi Thermal Power Plant and the Chula Hospital Energy Audit Project. Additionally, Dr. Phuensaen served as Chief Administration for the FSRU, Jetty, and Pipeline Project and was an Advisor to the Committee on Economic Development in the House of Representatives from February 2020 to March 2023. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Operations Research from the University of Florida, a Doctor of Public Administration from the National Institute of Development Administration, and a Bachelor's degree in Power Engineering from Mahawithayalai Kasetsart.
