Joe Boyne

Joe Boyne is a seasoned professional with over four decades of experience in various roles within the ESB. Currently serving as a Senior HR Business Partner at ESB since May 2022, Joe also holds the position of Strategy and Process Optimisation Manager at ESB Customer Solutions since October 2018. Prior to these roles, Joe was the Billing Manager at Electric Ireland, focusing on the delivery of accurate billing solutions for business markets. Additionally, Joe has managed credit risk for ESB Independent Energy since October 1980 and has experience as a management consultant. Joe's coaching background includes a decade at GAA with Ballymun Kickhams and involvement in Senior Intercounty teams. Joe holds an MBA in Organizational Leadership from the Irish Management Institute, a degree in Business and Financial Management from NCI, and studied Public Relations and Communications at UCD.
