Rob Sadlier

Rob Sadlier is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience as a Senior Commercial Solicitor at ESB since January 2010, providing a wide array of legal services, including drafting and negotiating agreements, intellectual property and IT counsel, and data protection expertise. Sadlier has played a pivotal role in significant projects such as the procurement of an Advanced Distribution Management System and the Smart Metering Contracts, while regularly advising senior management. Prior to ESB, Sadlier gained valuable experience at Dillon Eustace as an Associate Solicitor, focusing on corporate and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, and various legal disputes. Educational qualifications include a law degree from the Law Society of Ireland, a Postgraduate Diploma in Law from Technological University Dublin, and a B.Sc. in Management Science from Trinity College Dublin.
