Katherine Ullman

Katherine Ullman has a diverse range of work experience. Katherine recently worked at Electrified Thermal Solutions as the Vice President of Operations, where they were responsible for overseeing the company's operations. Prior to that, Katherine founded and served as a consultant at Tessellation, where they provided strategic advice in areas such as product strategy and organizational strategy. Katherine also had a fellowship at Terra.do. Earlier in their career, Katherine held multiple roles at Paradigm Strategy Inc., including Senior Director of Organizational Strategy & Transformation, Data Science & Research. In this role, they developed a new product and data platform, managed client projects, and led team sales. Katherine also worked as a consultant at the Center for WorkLife Law and as a Litigation Assistant at Girard Gibbs LLP.

Katherine Ullman's education history includes a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology with a minor in Chinese from Vassar College, which they earned from 2007 to 2011. In 2009, they spent a semester at Qingdao University studying Mandarin Chinese. From 2014 to 2017, Katherine attended the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business, where they pursued a Doctor of Philosophy, ABD, in Management of Organizations and also earned a Master of Science degree in Business Science. Prior to college, they attended St. Andrew's School from 2004 to 2007.
