Dr. Boaz Nitzan has worked in a variety of roles in the research and development field since 2000. Dr. Boaz began their career at Aprion Digital as a Team Leader and Substrate R&D Group Manager. In 2003, they moved to Scitex Vision as Materials R&D Department Manager. In 2005, they co-founded Pixdro Ltd. and served as Materials R&D Manager. In 2006, they became Vice President of Research & Development at Power Paper, where they developed a disposable drug delivery system based on iontophoresis and printed micro-power source technology. In 2009, they were an Entrepreneur in Residence at Arkin Holdings. In 2010, they were Vice President of Research & Development and Production at BPT-bio pure technology and CEO at AMS Technologies. In 2012, they joined Camtek as Vice President and FIT Division Manager, where they developed PCB Digital Manufacturing Processes by 3D functional IJ printing. In 2016, they became Vice President of Research & Development at Scodix, where they administered multiple development programs from all aspects. In 2018, they joined Tuttnauer as Vice President of Consumables and Vice President of Research & Development, where they lead the company's Product Development group. Most recently, in 2021, they became Vice President of Research & Development at Electriq~Global.
Dr. Boaz Nitzan obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Pharmaceutical Chemistry from Bar Ilan University in 1989-1992. Dr. Boaz then earned their Master of Science (MSc) in Polymer Chemistry from the same university in 1992-1994. Dr. Boaz continued their studies at Bar Ilan University, obtaining their Ph.D. in Chemistry in 1994-1998. Dr. Boaz also completed a degree in Business Administration at Bar Ilan University in 1997-1998.
