Fuel Recycling R&D Manager at Electriq Global

Omer Hiram has worked in a variety of roles since 2007. From 2007 to 2011, they were a Project Engineer at Galil Engineering. From 2011 to 2014, they were a Marketing & Projects Manager at Hiram Process Control Engineering, where they were in charge of connecting with potential clients, identifying their control or process needs, and supplying them with a tailor-made solution. From 2014 to 2018, they were a Production Manager at Dor Chemicals, where they were in charge of production personnel, equipment, and round-the-clock continuous plant operations. From 2018 to 2022, they were a Fuel Recycling R&D Manager and Project Engineer at Electriq~Global, where they were a hydrogen safety and operations specialist in charge of developing a safe way to recycle "spent fuel" from an Inorganic Liquid Hydrogen Carrier. Omer also was involved in fuel cell enabling technology targeting the renewable and clean energy market. In 2010, they were a Project Manager at the Hadera desalination plant, the highest capacity plant in the world at the time, where they were in charge of managing projects from conception to realization.

Omer Hiram studied Chemical Engineering - Nano and micro technology at Technion - Israel Institute of Technology from 1998 to 2003, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc).
